Choose one or more of your preferred Nib Unit(s) to complete your Fountain Pen.
Regular #6 Nib Units: Select from Osprey's regular Size 6 nibs in Steel, Gold, or 2Tone. These nibs are ideal for everyday writing, include a plastic feed, and accept international standard converters or pre-filled ink cartridges, allowing you to use either bottled ink or convenient cartridges. Your pen includes an Osprey custom converter by default.
#6 Steel Special Grind Nibs: For a customized writing experience, explore our economical Special Grind options such as Architect Broad, Architect BB, Zoom BB, Broad Left-Oblique, Broad Right-Oblique, Broad Stub, or Double Broad Stub. These specialty nibs also accept international standard converters or pre-filled ink cartridges, offering flexibility to use bottled ink or cartridges.
Ultra-flex and other Specialty Nibs: Designed specifically for calligraphy enthusiasts, choose from our #6 Ultra-flex, Titanium Ultra-flex, or Zebra G nib units. Ultra-flex nib units feature custom ebonite feed.
Zebra G nib units: Compatible exclusively with the custom Osprey converter (not suitable for cartridges or standard converters).
Important Notes:
· Avoid India inks to prevent clogging the ebonite feeds; use fountain pen-friendly inks only.
· If selecting the Zebra G nib assembly, we recommend adding a nib-block kit if you don't already own one. Download our maintenance guide to easily disassemble and reassemble your flex nib & feed as needed. Note: The nib-block kit does not accommodate size 6 nibs; please use the provided grip tool in the kit, for disassembling size 6 nib units.
The clip on this pen is per the image that shows both the gold and steel clip choices.
