We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Ship returns within 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and is used, only 50% of the item value less any shipping fees will be refunded. If the item is damaged, no refund will be made. We encourage you to write to us and see if the issues can be resolved using our online video support
Please note that for International returns, any additional charges incurred in returning or exchanging the products such as custom charges paid by us and/or additional postage will also be deducted.

International Buyers please be aware that  when you choose USPS International First Class shipping service, USPS provides visibility into tracking only up to the point it reaches the destination country, but not the local tracking within the destination country, as it hands over to the local delivery service. As such, we cannot provide any refunds on undelivered packages. Packages shipped using courier services such as UPS, Fed ex do provide guaranteed door delivery, but are more expensive.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sorry, but we cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs.
